Does structuring produce more oxygen in water?

Destarte’ products do NOT produce more Oxygen in water. 

They DO, however, free water from its prison, opening it up to its fullest potential, erasing adversarial memories, energies of toxins, hydrocarbons, etc. Really, anything negative. 

As with anything healthy, it can be right there, but if it's unavailable or stifled, we don't receive the benefits until it is released and made usable.

Structured Water significantly increases free Oxygen which eliminates adversarial life forms of bacteria, viruses, molds, pathogens. These bad life forms cannot survive in an Oxygen rich environment.
