The only way to "free" the oxygen from it's "prison" is to Structure it.
Typical wells pump water to the surface from an underground aquifer. It starts to suffocate in the well. Underground water needs to breathe like a fine wine to have all the attributes of a quality water. WHAT it breathes is also very important.
Primarily it needs to breathe in the different Noble Gases, any of the seven chemical elements that make up Group 18 of the periodic table. The elements are helium (He), neon (Ne), argon (Ar), krypton (Kr), xenon (Xe), radon (Rn), and oganesson (Og). The noble gases are colourless, odourless, tasteless, nonflammable gases.
Oxygen is a holder of memory. It stores what’s it’s been around or in.
Like in city water that may have 60,000+ water molecules per cluster. It's the Oxygen of the water that holds the memory of everything it passed through and everything it passed by since it originally came out of nature and was Structured. That water also contains the memory of all the medications, approximately 77,000 medications plus all the other maladies, chemicals and compounds etc. within the city's water system.
They use gray dead water, made "clean" with chemicals, to support the volume of water required for the city. Remember, at your cellular level, cells can only receive one water molecule at a time and that molecule cannot carry anything physical or electrical, only energy in the form of Ions.
Oxygen in groundwater is similar to the city water without the medications and/or chemicals, although farmland wells are usually laden with agricultural chemicals and pesticides. Depending on how the groundwater comes to the surface is a determining factor of water quality.
Artesian waters coming to the surface with little to no pumping are generally more energetic, oxygenated.
Without Structuring technology, Structuring doesn't happen until living organisms consume it, which doesn’t eliminate the bad things stored in the oxygen’s memory. Structuring ahead of time means your body takes in premium level water ready to be used readily.
