How can water itself have memories?

In this article memory is referred to when discussing water.
Many things experience memories, not just people. Metal has a memory, plants have a memory, anything that is imprinted or contaminated by some impurity has experienced a memory and in most cases memory is permanent. Not so with water.
Water “remembers” everything it passes by and everything and everyone it passes through. The only way the water can eliminate its memory is through structuring. For most water, structuring only happens when it evaporates and goes through the natural Hydrological cycle. Going up into the atmosphere and returning as rain: structured. Water in the atmosphere collects around a particle of dust and becomes a raindrop. When conditions are right, rain comes down through the atmosphere and collects harmful “memories” and physical compounds of the estimated one ton of chemicals, acids, etc. that are hanging over our heads, created by burning contaminants found in fossil fuels, wildfires, factories, chem-trails, cloud seeding, and manufacturing of chemicals belching poisons into the air continuously. Our oceans, lakes; rivers and streams are the recipients of this adversarial condition. The only answer is Structuring. About 60 years ago rain was clean and clear of harmful “memories”. Looking at the Hydrogen Bond Angle or a snowflake at that time one would see a six pointed star. Today rain is minimally structured as ice, no longer a six pointed star.
Structuring water simply by correcting the Hydrogen Bond Angle to 120 degrees again creates a six pointed star hexagonal water.
So, Making Hydrogen perfect again will make everything in its path perfect, therefore no adversarial “memories” can exist afterwards.
Structuring eliminates the adversarial, or bad “memories” of all toxins and hydrocarbons. Memories are held in place by Oxygen, structuring releases the Oxygen. Free Oxygen eliminates all bacteria, viruses, molds, pathogens for they cannot live in an Oxygen rich environment.
